Where do you ship? We currently ship in the United States only.
Can I pick my order up? Yes! If you live close to Marana, Arizona (or you are passing through) you are welcome to pick up your order. Choose Pick up order when you fill out your shipping information. We will work out a time once your order is ready!
Can I make a special order? Yes! If you want the soap cut smaller or made with a certain scent or with certain colors or other changes, I am happy to do that! Soap does take 4 weeks to cure so we will need to plan in advance to have your order ready!
Do you have sales? Yes! Sign up for emails and check the Willow Field Soap Facebook page for those opportunities!
What about allergies? The ingredients of each soap are listed on the box and on the listing. If you are allergic to certain ingredients or prefer soap without certain ingredients, please contact us.
What if I don't like the scent? That does happen! We try our best to describe the scent, but everyone's nose is different. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to take returns. Soap does make a great gift so if you don't care for the scent pass it on to someone else!
Do you have the same soap all the time? There are some scents that are always available. There are others that are seasonal or made as a small batch to test how well they do. Sign up for emails and watch the Willow Field Soap Facebook page to keep up with new releases and old favorites!
Do you send free goodies to potential customers, youtubers, bloggers, etc.? No, we do not. We hope you will consider purchasing our products! You won't be disappointed!
Help! I sent my soap to the wrong address! It is your job as the consumer to get the right address. That being said accidents do happen! Contact us right away and we will change the address if the package has not shipped. If it has shipped, we will invoice you for shipping if it gets returned and send it to you!
Is the price for under the picture for one bar or everything in the picture? One bar. Our soap is so beautiful it is hard to choose one for the picture! Also, with the handcrafted nature of soap often each bar is unique. More than one soap in the picture will help show that!
Why don't you ship body butter or sugar scrub or lotion bars all year? Unfortunately, they tend to melt in high heat. In Arizona we are at 80 degrees pretty early in March. The body butter, sugar scrub and lotion bars will melt on the way to you. We will post on the website when they are available for shipping. Sugar scrub, body butter and lotion bars are available all year for local pick up!
My soap looks different than the picture! Why? Due to the handmade nature of the soap they do look different from batch to batch and even bar to bar! If you look at the soap sometimes it looks different on each side! That is the beauty of handmade products!
I really love a certain scent. Can I get a whole loaf? Yes! Please contact us for pricing and availability!
