Why Reviews Matter to Small Businesses (and Mean So Much to Me)

One of my favorite things about running my small business isn't just creating soap, body oil, and body butter—it's hearing what you think of them.

Every review, kind message, and comment truly means more than you might realize.

When you leave a review, you're doing something incredibly important. You're helping other people feel confident in trying something new. Shopping from a small business can feel like a leap sometimes, especially if you can't pick up the product and smell it or try it in person. Your honest words help bridge that gap.

Reviews let others know:

• What the scent is really like
• How the product feels on your skin
• What kind of experience they can expect

And that makes a huge difference.

But beyond helping others, reviews mean something personal to me, too.

I put a lot of time, care, and thought into every product I make—from choosing the scent, to designing the colors and swirls, to making sure it feels amazing on your skin. So when someone takes the time to share that they love it… it truly makes my day.

It reminds me why I do this.

It tells me that the time and care I put into each batch matters. That the little details don't go unnoticed. And that what I'm creating is bringing a bit of joy into someone else's day.
